    • Focus on NCERTs:Nearly 80-85% of NEET questions are based directly on NCERT textbooks, especially for Biology.
    • ⁠Use mock tests wisely: Timed practice improves accuracy and reduces exam anxiety.
    • Seek expert mentorship: Career counsellors, coaching institutions, and NEET mentors can provide critical insight into preparation techniques and mental health strategies.

    While encouraging ambition is important, it’s equally crucial to balance expectations with realism.

    • ⁠Help students explore Plan B options: Dentistry (BDS), Ayurveda (BAMS), Veterinary (BVSc), and Physiotherapy (BPT) are also respected and viable healthcare professions.
