The BNYS program blends the ancient science of Naturopathy with the holistic discipline of Yoga. Rooted in the healing power of nature, Naturopathy emphasizes the balance of five elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether—to restore health by eliminating toxins. The BNYS program spans 4.5 years of academic study followed by a 1-year internship (4.5+1 = 5.5 Years). The course is structured to help students gradually develop:
