Code of Conduct and Ethics Policy outlines the standards of integrity , professionalism , and accountability expected from all members of the college community—students, faculty , staff ,and administrators. It serves to uphold the values of academic excellence, fairness , respect , and transparency in all college operations.
This policy applies to all individuals associated with the college, including :
• Enrolled students • Faculty and academic staff • Non-academic and administrative staff • Contractual or visiting personnel
• Any person representing the college in any capacity

General code of conduct
Student's Must
• Uphold academic integrity by avoiding cheating, plagiarism, and falsification. • Attend classes regularly and be punctual. • Respect faculty, staff, and fellow students. • Use college property responsibly.
• Abide by all institutional rules, local laws, and policies.
• 80% attendance is mandatory. If attendance is low, you will be debarred from exams and other actions can be taken.
Faculty and Staff Must:
• Maintain professional boundaries with students. • Promote fair and unbiased academic evaluation.
• Keep student information confidential.
• Avoid conflicts of interest.
• Report unethical behavior promptly.
Administrators Must:
• Enforce policies fairly and transparently • Protect the rights and privacy of students and staff. • Promote a safe and inclusive campus environment.
• Prevent misuse of institutional funds and property.
Ethical Expectations
• Academic Integrity: No tolerance for cheating, plagiarism, or academic fraud. • Confidentiality: All personal, academic, and health information must be protected. • Non-Discrimination: The college prohibits discrimination based on gender, religion, race, ethnicity, disability, or sexual orientation. • Harassment-Free Environment: Any form of bullying, harassment, or intimidation is strictly prohibited. • Use of Technology: College digital resources must be used responsibly and legally.
Conflicts of Interest
Members of the college must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with professional responsibilities. This includes accepting gifts, favoritism in grading, or personal relationships that affect impartiality.
Disciplinary Actions
Violation of this Code may result in: • Verbal / written warnings • Academic penalties or suspension
• Expulsion or termination
• Legal reporting if applicable
Due process will be ensured in all disciplinary proceedings.
