The Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga & Naturopathy is a comprehensive 1-year program designed to provide advanced knowledge and practical training in the principles and practices of Yoga and Naturopathic healing. This course blends ancient yogic techniques with modern naturopathy approaches to foster holistic health, wellness, and inner balance.
Students will explore a broad curriculum that includes classical yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, yogic philosophy, natural therapies, diet and nutrition, detoxification methods, and holistic lifestyle practices. Emphasis is placed on developing therapeutic skills to manage and prevent lifestyle diseases, mental health issues, and chronic conditions using non-invasive, drugless healing systems.

Objectives

The PG Diploma in Yoga & Naturopathy spans 1 year (46 weeks), structured into two semesters, helping students gradually develop knowledge and skills.
