Daily Practice Space: The hall is equipped for regular sessions in Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breath control), and Dhyana (meditation)—building discipline, focus, and resilience.
Kriya Sessions: Traditional Shat Kriyas (cleansing techniques) such as Jal Neti, Sutra Neti, Trataka, Kapalabhati, and more are regularly practiced under expert supervision, promoting detoxification and internal purification.
Mindfulness & Mental Health: Students learn techniques to manage stress, improve concentration, and cultivate emotional balance through guided meditative practices.
Workshops & Retreats:The hall also hosts special yoga workshops, yoga nidra sessions, and interactive retreats that deepen both practical and philosophical understanding
